In Joshua Tree I felt my soul. We drove through the trees and the desert and the big rocks. The sky was bright light blue- my favorite color blue like an aquamarine shining. The car was moving slowly and the rocks passed us slowly, spiraling up into the sky.
Everything was very still and I felt all at once with the rocks and the sky- like we were all the same. I was one with the rocks and trees. There was life all around in the still.
