Feeling Like My Real Self

When I am doing my work, my creative work I feel worked, like a racehorse sweating with a sweaty neck. The sweat mixes with the reigns against its neck and this is the symbol for doing what you’re built to do. The boundlessness and the constraint- the unbridled joy and the limitation of any medium. What I mean is: to be free you have to be tethered.This is what is called a paradox. I am tethered to designs and fashion and how far I can push them and how they have limits. But within these limits there is freedom. Like a painter painting a picture. The canvas has a shape and size but within it you can paint anything. Boundless Bliss.
