Tomatoes are actually a fruit because they have seeds. The best tomatoes are starved of water a little bit because a waterlogged tomato doesn’t taste like anything. This is also true of grapes. If they get less water they have more concentrated juice. So, whenever I don’t get something I want, even if I really, really want it, I try to pretend like, well, maybe this is good- like I’ll be sweeter! Ha!
