Collaboration can be hard because sometimes I have my own ideas about things. In these times I resist what others are saying but I’m trying to learn how to listen more. In a team the best results are possible. This is evidenced in things like bands. And theater troupes. My favorite animal is the elephant and they travel in herds, which is like an elephant team. Still, sometimes they fight. I wish collaboration could be lighter, like air. Like al thestars making a very pretty constellations. There is no “I” in team. This is what my teammate tells me over and over hahaha.
