For a long time after I moved here I was lonely. I felt like I had no friends, or friends who couldn’t deal with the real me. I tried to constrict myself, but I kept shouting and making lots of things and giving people stuff and dancing. I am weird and loud! Finally I met Eco Goddess and we are friends over horses. She’s not weird or loud- more spacey. When she spaces out I can see her braces cause her mouth is always a little bit open. Her eyes drift off but I can tell she is thinking about something. Something smart because she is smart. She once made a graphic novel. She doesn’t care if I’m loud. Once a boy named Theo called me “Pancakes” in the yard and I screamed and she laughed.
