Girls, I’m in a chill, meditative mood this afternoon. Right now it’s raining where I live, and the pink flowers and rain in my garden look so poetic in the autumn light… This past summer I volunteered at a homeless shelter and met some new faces and felt their warm spirits. I made some new friends volunteering with me. Giving was like a beautiful waterfall overflowing from the river of my heart. Today, promise to give from the waterfall of your heart. It could be help, time, ideas, or just your bright smile. Let your heart be a welled-up river, bursting at the seams to give. Give back to the friends and teachers you have at school and at home. Everybody give to everybody!
