My mommy got four beautiful baby chickens so we could have fresh eggs and live sustainably. The chickens are all girls, and they live in a special coop made of beechwood. Every day they get to go play in the grass, but we have to watch out for hawks. We call them “the girls”, and they are so beautiful. Thier breeds are: White Plymouth Rock, Austrolorp, Buff Orpington, and New Hampshire Red. Their names are: Coconut, Nori, Ginger, and Chili. Coconut is the sweetest and shyest. They eat grass, and a special kind of feed that I think is made out of corn. When the sun goes down they know to go inside by themselves. They sleep on sawdust, and sometimes have dreams.
